What does "per organization" mean?
An organization is a separate workspace for your company. You can have multiple organizations if you manage different companies or departments. Each organization has its own data, users, and settings.
Is there a limit on users?
Yes, you can invite up to 100 users per organization. We charge per organization, not per user – so you can bring your entire team on board.
How does billing work?
Billing is in advance. You can cancel at any time and your account will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Can I try TeamDT before buying?
We currently don't offer a free trial. However, we offer a personal call where we show you all features and answer your questions.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, all data will be deleted.
