What is TeamDT?
TeamDT is project management software built specifically for engineering firms, appraisers, and technical consultants. It combines a Kanban board, Gmail integration, and property management to track projects from inquiry to invoice.
What does the name TeamDT stand for?
DT stands for Datentresor (German for “data vault”). TeamDT is your digital vault for projects, contacts, and documents – secure, structured, and always at your fingertips.
Who is TeamDT designed for?
TeamDT is built for engineering firms, fire protection engineers, energy consultants, surveyors, architects, and planning offices — teams of 3–50 people managing 30+ active projects.
How is TeamDT different from Monday.com or Asana?
Unlike general-purpose tools, TeamDT is purpose-built for engineering workflows: 6 status columns from inquiry to invoice, native Gmail integration, property management with interactive maps, and unlimited users included.

How many projects can I manage in TeamDT?
There is no limit. TeamDT is designed to handle thousands of projects with features like server-side search, filtering, sorting, and weekly Kanban swimlanes.
Features
Feature X is missing. When will it be developed?
We work closely with our customers to develop missing features. Currently, a Word Add-In, quote generation, time tracking, and fire water contact management are in planning.
Are there AI agents, AI features, and an MCP server?
Yes, AI agents and related features are in development. An MCP server is also planned.
How does the Kanban board work?
The Kanban board displays all projects in 6 status columns: Request → Accepted → In Progress → In Review → Sent → Invoiced. Drag and drop to move projects between columns. Week-based swimlanes help with planning.
Can I link my Gmail emails to projects?
Yes, TeamDT offers native Gmail integration. You can connect up to 100 email accounts and assign emails directly to projects. No more lost customer inquiries.
What is property management?
In property management, you store all buildings, properties, or structures you work on. Each property is displayed on an interactive map. Properties can be linked to projects and contacts.
Can I access TeamDT on my phone?
Yes. TeamDT is fully responsive and works on any device with a modern browser. No app installation needed.
Getting Started
Can I try TeamDT before purchasing?
We currently don't offer a free trial. However, we offer a personal call where we show you all features and answer your questions.
Can I import my Excel data?
Yes, we support importing projects, contacts, and properties from Excel files. We can help with migration if needed.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup takes about 30 minutes. With data import and team training, expect 1–2 days until your team is productive.
Does TeamDT offer customer support?
Yes. We offer email support and personalized onboarding for new organizations. Our team helps with setup, data import, and training.
Can I use TeamDT in English and German?
Yes. TeamDT supports both English and German. You can switch the language at any time in the settings.
